District in August 1976. Jay works as an Acting Battalion
Chief with Northshore Fire Protection District.
He is a career Battalion Chief for Ukiah Valley Fire
District. Jay is also a Certified California State Fire
Marshall Fire Officer, Hazardous Materials Technician,
and an Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic.
Jay is too busy with his wife, children, and career for many
hobbies these days.
